Return & Refund Policy (Updated with Address)

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Avolis.store and to customers in Germany, Netherlands.


1. Return Period

You can request a return within 30 days from the day you receive your order.

For customers in the European Union, this includes the statutory 14-day cooling-off period (see section 8 below).


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with all tags and labels attached

  • In the original packaging (where possible)

  • You must provide the order number or proof of purchase

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


3. How to Request a Return

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for the return (e.g.: too small, damaged, wrong item, etc.)

If your return is approved, we will send you:

  • The return address

  • Any return instructions

  • A return label, if applicable

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • For all other reasons (change of mind, wrong size ordered, not as expected), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns that do not reach us.


5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Personal care or intimate products

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale / clearance items clearly marked as “non-returnable”

If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please contact us before placing your order.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at Avolis.aria@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size, colour, or product, please:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item


8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.
The item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it: unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging where possible.


9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • We aim to process refunds within 10 business days after receiving the returned item

  • Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the posting
